PRISM39 INC. (“PRISM39”) processes personal information to handle inquiries made through this website.
Email inquiries
The contact links open the visitor’s email application. Opening a link alone does not send an email address to PRISM39. When a message is sent, PRISM39 receives the sender’s email address, any display name and personal information included in the message or attachments. PRISM39 uses this information to respond to inquiries and requested follow-up, on the basis of its legitimate interests.
Retention and protection
Inquiry information is retained until the inquiry and requested follow-up are complete. It is then securely deleted unless retention is required by law. Access is limited to personnel handling the inquiry.

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, subject to applicable law.
